This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, at a server location in Germany. When you request a page, the server processes the connection data required to deliver it, particularly the IP address, time, requested address, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and defend it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this service.
Balagh does not enable an application-level HTTP access log for this marketing website. Where the hosting provider generates connection or security data, it is erased once it is no longer required for operation and security, unless a statutory duty or the investigation of a specific security incident requires longer storage. Hetzner processes this data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Language preference, cookies and audience measurement
